National lockdown rules were introduced in England on 5th January. As with the Tier 4 restrictions that they replace, they mean we cannot operate any group rides.
We can all continue to cycle, though we can only do so with the people we live with, our support bubble or, when on our own, with one person from another household. Remember that any informal groups you ride with are also subject to the new restrictions.
The updated government guidance now says that leaving your home for exercise "should be limited to once per day, and you should not travel outside your local area" and also adds "stay local means stay in the village, town, or part of the city where you live."
Government guidance: National lockdown: Stay at Home.
